Whilst on Harbour Island in The Bahamas, we ate the most amazing barbecued ribs! Many hours of dedication have gone into recreating that perfect sweet, sticky and spicy sauce.

Bahama Mama is a fabulous blend of chilli heat with sweet fresh pineapple and Caribbean spices. This sweet yet sour sauce is perfect with ribs, chicken or pork chops. Delicious as both a marinade and condiment!
